The Service provides enterprise customer list management, list import, and the ability to send outbound business development emails and track sending results through your own Gmail / Microsoft account.

2. Account and Authorization

• You must provide accurate information when registering an account and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• By linking your Gmail or Microsoft account to the Service, you authorize the Service to perform actions you initiate on your behalf, such as sending emails and reading delivery status, limited to the scope of permissions you grant on the OAuth authorization screen.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must ensure that emails sent through the Service are lawful and comply with applicable regulations in the destination region (such as anti-spam rules), and must not use the Service to send fraudulent content, harassment, unsolicited bulk advertising, or other unlawful content.
• You are responsible for the legality of the source of any list data you import, store, or send through the Service.
• If your use of the Service violates these Terms or results in third-party complaints (such as high bounce rates or spam reports), the Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account access.

4. Service Changes and Interruptions

The Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance, but do not guarantee uninterrupted, year-round availability.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We make no guarantee regarding the delivery rate, response rate, or business outcomes of emails sent through the Service. You are solely responsible for evaluating and assuming the risks of using the Service for business development activities.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will be posted on this page along with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
